IPATH Restorative Yoga Teacher Training Program held at the Yoga Loft Studios in Chicago.  Integral Postural Alignment Therapeutics, known as IPATH. reveal the many parts that combine the whole body, the subtle body and conscious awareness, as a path, yielding release, balance, and well-being.

Enrolling in this therapeutic continuing education course, is an accessible way to deepen your restorative teaching practice, broaden your knowledge of musculoskeletal balance, learn how to bring the physical and mental benefits of this practice to your community, and obtain a solid foundation for healing that is Accessible and  Welcoming. Teachers will learn to teach this practice in groups and private settings. The experience transformative for EVERYbody! 

Let’s meet & greet, get you qualified, practice together to learn more about the IPATH restorative yoga curriculum. This is a perfect opportunity to ask questions and meet other potential trainees. This event is livestream -  and you'll be able to create your sacred space. Training Schedule- Chicago IPATH Restorative Yoga

Livestream Meet & Greet Info Session - a free  Q&A and practice session for teachers to ask questions, review prerequisites, learning objectives, and feel how accessible the practice is before enrolling.

Module 1 - At Yoga Loft Aug 19 & 20, 2023   16 HR.  in studio training weekend /therapeutics & techniques (this module is also available livestream)

Module 2 - 25 hr online anatomy/physiology/somatics/biomechanics

Module 3 - September 2 & 3, 2023 16 hr livestream training weekend pranayama/subtle body

Module 4 - 20 hr Case Study Practicum for certification
