About the Event

"Are You Good In Bed?"

What your sleeping habits reveal about your sleep quality.

Did you know most misalignment issues and back pain can relate to the way we sleep or not sleep? Join us for our  “Are You Good In Bed”  sleep-wellness workshop. By understanding your body’s needs, you can improve your sleep quality to add longevity to your waking life.

Side sleeper? Belly sleeper? Use pillows while sleeping? Wake up in pain? If you've answered  'yes'  to one of these questions then the Are You Good In Bed workshop is what you need to correct sleep habits that shorten muscles in the neck and lower back, which could add to scoliosis, and hip pain. These are just a few vital reasons to learn to sleep well. How much sleep do you need? What happens when you don’t get enough?

By understanding your body’s needs, you can improve your sleep quality to add longevity to your waking life.

When you’re scrambling to meet the demands of a busy schedule, or just finding it hard to sleep at night, getting by on fewer hours may seem like a good solution. But even minimal sleep loss can take a substantial toll on your mood, energy, mental sharpness, and ability to handle stress. Over the long-term, chronic sleep loss can wreak havoc on your mental and physical health.

Sleep isn’t merely a time when your body shuts off. While you rest, your brain stays busy, overseeing biological maintenance that keeps your body running in top condition, preparing you for the day ahead. Without enough hours of restorative sleep, you won’t be able to work, learn, create, and communicate at a level even close to your true potential.

Sleep impacts your productivity, emotional balance, brain and heart health, immune function, creativity, vitality, and even your weight. No other activity delivers so many benefits with so little effort!  The good news is  The IPATH Method, has a sleep-wellness program that supports you with therapeutic positions and tools to learn to sleep well, with proper positions.

This workshop will be experiential. We’ll create sleeping journals, along with helping  cultivate a “Zen” bedroom oasis, using Well & Wonder self care aromatherapy essentials. Wear comfy clothes and even bring PJ’s for the full experience!

This workshops sells out quickly
